Fresh from the easel is an oil on canvas 80 x80 cm of a stunning tree line against an incredible orange and red background. This abstract painting follows on form several other paintings that were originally inspired when I was leaving the studio one evening as the sun was setting creating a breath taking vision of autumn colours but its now started to take on a life of its own and this arrangement of amazing bright colours has already started to fire people imaginations

This colourful abstract follows on form another painting called Landscape le blanc that sold recently. I had wanted to paint another abstract landscape like that for some time but just had not got around to it. This 100 x 80 cm piece was created with several layers of deep reds covered with successive thin coats of very light grey that almost hide the colourful background of shapes and lines but still allows them to shine through crating an eye catching simple abstract that is already getting a huge amount of interest.

80 x 80 oil on canvas is another linear abstract created with layers of brilliant hues create an almost perfect and intense experience of visual colour and harmony.
The sense of visual depth and space are truly stunning and although I've only just finished this exceptional abstract painting I decided to hang it on display in the bookshop gallery at the studios until I come back from the USA in mid June.
